As President and Chief Executive Officer of WonderStar Healthcare, Inc., Kendrick built the company from the ground up into a successful healthcare staffing firm, now generating an average annual revenue of over $3 million. His leadership encompasses recruitment, compliance, and market growth, ensuring the development of high-performing teams and excellent service delivery. Mr. Mentee’s skill in creating cohesive work environments and implementing scalable systems has strengthened WonderStar’s position as a leading provider in the healthcare staffing industry.
Mercy Iyelobu, M.Sc. Economics
Vice President, Human Resources & Business Development
Mercy Iyelobu serves as Vice President of Human Resources and Business Development at WonderStar Healthcare, Inc., bringing over a decade of expertise in business development, management, and human resources leadership. With advanced education, including a master's degree in economics, Mercy leverages her strategic acumen to design and implement HR initiatives that drive organizational scalability and franchise success.
Her leadership in long-term HR strategies aligns workforce planning with business growth objectives. Mercy’s talent management skills ensure structured recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes, critical for maintaining consistent service delivery and high brand standards across franchise locations.

Audrey Oglesby, RN, BSN - Clinical Director
Audrey Oglesby, RN, BSN, serves as Clinical Director at WonderStar Healthcare Inc., where she oversees a diverse team of LPNs, RNs, CNAs, and HHAs deployed across client facilities. Bringing over 16 years of healthcare management experience, Audrey ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and quality assurance for all placed staff.
She coordinates staff assignments according to client needs and contractual obligations, ensuring all personnel are credentialed and practiced within their scope.
Audrey monitors employee performance through client feedback and incident reports, addressing issues promptly, and documenting corrective actions according to agency policies. She maintains rigorous compliance by verifying certifications and licenses, aligning practices with labor laws and healthcare regulations.
Focused on fostering excellence, Audrey provides orientation and ongoing training on workplace safety, client-specific protocols, and agency standards. John K. David, MBA
Human Resources & Technology Consultant
John K. David serves as Human Resources and Technology Consultant at WonderStar Healthcare LLC, combining extensive expertise in HR management, systems administration, and insurance compliance. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Management from Worcester State University and an MBA from Curry College, he is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and certified in Casualty Claims.
With broad experience across the East Coast, John has held critical roles such as Claims Administration Manager, Data Analyst, and Business Systems Analyst. His deep knowledge of Massachusetts General Laws related to liability, workers’ compensation, and auto insurance enhances his ability to guide HR policies, risk management, and claims processes.
John leads HR strategy consulting, directs technology initiatives, optimizes business workflows, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives organizational change management. His professional philosophy centers on teamwork and leveraging technology to support operational excellence and foster a collaborative workplace. Residing in Stoughton, Massachusetts, he remains actively engaged in both HR and technology communities to keep WonderStar Healthcare at the forefront of the industry.

Vice President of Operations
Kendrick Mentee Junior serves as Vice President of Operations at WonderStar Healthcare LLC, overseeing non-skilled nursing (HHA) and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) operations. With experience as an administrator in a tax company and four years as a loan officer at a reputable financial institution, Kendrick Jr. brings a strong understanding of business operations, staff welfare, and payroll management to his leadership role. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and has earned multiple certificates in human resources and company management policies, including the SHRM credential.
As part of the management team, Kendrick processes daily billing activities, manages cross-functional teams, and leads strategic initiatives for company growth and operational leadership.
His responsibilities include workflow optimization, staff development, compliance, fiscal management, and maintaining standards that guarantee patient safety and client satisfaction.
