Kendrick Mentee, MBA
Chief Executive Officer

Kendrick Mentee is a visionary entrepreneur, consultant, business development analyst and holds a graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Curry College, Milton, Massachusetts. He is the Founder and current President of Startax T&G Business Group, Inc., the parent company of both WonderStar Healthcare Staffing Agency (WonderStar Staffing) and Startax T&G Financial Services. In his role as President/Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mentee is responsible for providing overall corporate leadership at all levels that relate to  delegation of responsibilities, interacting with the public and clients, while ensuring that  the framework impeccable for growth are conceptualized. 

 

Meanwhile, given the enormity of his wide-ranging responsibilities as a corporate leader, Mr. Mentee, however, overseeand maintain continuous operation mechanisms aimed at fostering and supporting ethically cohesive and efficient working environment at WonderStar Staffing.  

 

This encompasses ensuring that procedures such as:

  • Creating client charts, SOURCE, HCBS and CCSP assessment and reassessment packets folders are in place and enforced at all times

  • Clearly delineating the processes used to communicate with physicians and physician’s staff, medical record personnel, clients and client’s families to effectively meet client needs

  • Ushering in promptly, steps that can be used to solve issues arising between clients and providers with detailed recordkeeping for accuracy in case of an incident

  • How to conduct monthly telephone contact with clients/members as follow-up on services provided and resolve any applicable changes when necessary and the preparation and analysis of PCP Reports, end of month activity reports and quality review reports                       

 

Mr. Mentee started his executive leadership role and entrepreneurship from his native country, the Republic of Liberia, West Africa. He successfully established and operated a computer literacy training program and served in the Office of the Vice President of Liberia, starting as a Computer Analyst and ending in the position as a Administrative Assistant before moving to the United States at the end of 2000. Mr. Mentee is a community leader within the leadership of the Liberian Association on the South Shore of Massachusetts (LASSMI) as its Executive Board Chairman for Program and Development. 

                                             

He had provided consultant services to some minority owned home health Agencies around Massachusetts, worked as a residential Counselor, Health and Life Insurance Agent. 
 

Mr. Mentee and his family are Residents of Randolph, Massachusetts. His Wife and two adult daughters work in healthcare setting, thus profoundly shaping his life to see at first the responsibilities and relationship between caregivers and their clients.

Elizabeth Mahn, RN, BSN
Clinical Director

Elizabeth has more than 15 years of nursing experience.​

  • ADL for consumers administered medications

  • Recording vital signs and patient repositioning

  • Assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, monitoring, education and coordination of care for patients and families across the healthcare continuum

  • Interacting with individuals and groups to observe steps that improve or maintain their medical conditions

  • Ensuring management support and patient education

  • Acting as a clinical resource to support staff

  • Administering medications and assisting in convalescence and rehabilitation

  • Developing and managing nursing care plans

  • Assisting physicians during treatments and examinations.

 

As a Clinical Director of WonderStar Healthcare Staffing Agency, Elizabeth is a motivated leader and truly focused on professional care-giving in a compassionate and culturally driven manner, at the same time committed to Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) principles.  

Teewon G Cooper, RN
Assistant Clinical Director

Now pursuing Bachelor in Nursing - 1 year experience

Dawn Williamson, RN, MSN, PMHCNS-BC, CARN-AP, Addictions Consultation MGH/ED
Clinical Consultant/Advisor

Dawn Williamson is an Advanced Practice Nurse for Addictions Consultation in the Emergency Department at the Massachusetts General Hospital. Ms. Williamson responds to the treatment needs of both individuals and families with addiction and mental health issues in the emergency setting. As part of her responsibilities, she provides training and supervision of the clinical staff, develops and implements policies relating to patient care, and provides assistance with establishing treatment plans.

 

Ms. Williamson received her BSN from the University of Massachusetts and her Masters in Science in Adult Mental Health Nursing from Northeastern University. She is Board Certified as a Clinical Specialist in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing. She is also a Certified Advanced Practice Addictions Registered Nurse. With twenty-nine years of nursing experience she has practiced in both outpatient and hospital settings.

 

Ms. Williamson is a member of the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) and helped author position statements for the association on Medical Evaluation of Psychiatric Patients and on Substance Abuse and the Emergency Care Setting. She was a member of the ENA’s national committee for Emergency Department Psychiatric Care. She also belongs to the International Nurses Society on Addictions. She has given numerous presentations on addiction treatment. She authored the chapter on alcohol intoxication and withdrawal states for Sheehy’s Manual of Emergency Care, as well as, the module on substance abuse for Mosby’s eLearning course, Handling Psychiatric Emergencies.

John K David, MBA
Human Resources and Technology Consultant 

John K. David is our Human Resources and Technology Consultant. Mr. David has a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) Degree in Management from Worcester State University, Worcester, MA; and obtained an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Curry College, Milton, MA.

 

 Mr. David is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and holds a certificate in Casualty Claims. He is well versed in Massachusetts General Laws as they pertain to General liability, Workers compensation and Auto Liability.

 

Mr. David worked many years as a Claims Administration Manager, Data Analyst, and Business Systems Analyst with various organizations throughout the east coast of the US. My David believes in a team environment and hard work. Mr. David presently resides in the Boston/Roxbury, Massachusetts area. 

Garblah Page, BA in Mgt; IMC-0
Client Services and Finance Coordinator 

Garblah Page is an enthusiastic individual who understands customers and believes that people are to be heard and their concerns addressed in timely and efficient manner. In business environment, Garblah also understands that in order to build trust, it requires imperative and unwavering commitment to providing dependable service.  

 

Garblah currently works at Whittier Street Health Center in Roxbury, MA as an Outreach Billing Coordinator and Financial Counselor. Before switching to the Healthcare Industry, Garblah worked in the Retail Industry for 12 years; 9½ years in management. He also embarked on few network marketing businesses. Garblah is a graduate of Texas Southern University (TSU) in Houston, TX, where he obtained a BA degree in Management. He also received an Online Graduate Certificate in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL. Garblah is currently working towards his MBA with concentration in Healthcare Management from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) in Manchester, NH.

 

Garblah launched his entrepreneur career when he was fourteen. This early venture into business eventually led him to expand his desire for business and gained the expertise in providing quality service in a timely manner to those he interacts with. Garblah goes above and beyond to provide quality and reliable services to all.  This talent has allowed him to serve in numerous leadership positions in his community and church.
